Valeriy Busygin was born in Morshansk in 1952.
Graduated from the Savitsky art college in Penza, department of fine arts, in 1972.
Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia since 1993. Member of the international Art Fund since 2001.
Took part in the following group exhibitions:
2000, 2001, 2002 – International Art Salons, “CHA”, the Central House of Artist, Moscow.
