Paul Kamm known Estonian artist. In 1953, Paul Kamm for the first time took part in an exhibition of amateur artists in the city of Kärdla. Years of work bore fruit and the artist was awarded the first prize. In 1961, the State Art Institute of the Estonian SSR took it under special control. His mentor was the famous graphic artist Olev Soans. In the same year, Paul Kamm was already in Moscow at the exhibition of amateur artists. There he received a diploma. In 1963 he became a member of the Union of Artists of the Estonian SSR.
