Karl Kaufmann worked under numerous pseudonyms and was extremely popular. One of his pseudonyms was LUCA HOVE (L. Van Hove).
Kaufmann graduated from the Vienna Academy, traveled a lot, was in Venice, the Middle East, Holland, Scandinavia.
Its decorative landscapes and bouncy landscapes are very popular.
In this work, he embodies the romantic style of the Dutch mid-19th century.
