Esko Lepp was a renowned graphic artist, but he is also the author of many watercolors with a real sense of painting. This work is probably one of his attempts at oil painting.
He received his art education in 1935-40. at the State School of Industrial Art in Tallinn, 1940-41. in “Pallas” in Tartu, 1943-48. at the Moscow Art Institute.
