Ludwig Skell (1842 in Obergünzburg – March 31, 1905 in Munich) German artist. Skell came from a family of artists. In 1859 he entered the Munich Academy of Arts. In addition to genre painting, he created portraits, landscapes and illustrations for fairy tales and ballads. Some of his lithographs are also known.
