Lower right – Kretschmar “Pidulik marss”
Natalie Mei is one of the renowned Estonian graphics and theatrical designers. She was educated in “Pallas” Art School under N.Triik. For many years her main occupation had been the “Estonia” Theatre. She was the costume designer for S.Prokofiev’s “Romeo and Julliet”, M.Musorgsky’s “Boris Godunov”, J.Puccini’s “Princess Turandot”, G.Bizet’s “Carmen”, etc. Natalie Mei created costumes for the Tallinn Drama Theatre and the Leningrad musical theatre as well. This is a sketch for a costume for H.Kreushmars’ ” Ceremonial March”.
