Estonian artist Boris Ninemjae has deserved a recognition in Sweden. he wrote landscapes of the Estonian and Swedish nature.

Boris Ninemäe’s years of artistic training in Estonia were short-lived. The process was interrupted by war and emigration.

In exile, the artist continues his studies and also improves himself during study trips to Finland, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Germany, Italy, France and the United States.

With great love, the artist painted motifs from Estonian life, borrowed from the life of ordinary people, with their daily work, activities and moments of relaxation.

His solo exhibitions were held in many cities in Sweden and Norway: Malmo, Vähjo, Karlshamn, Larvik, Elverum, Stockholm. Ninemäe’s works can be found in various foreign collections.
