Otto Paas one of the many artists who were forced to emigrate in 1944 to Sweden to pursue his artistic career.
Art education has received in “Pallas”, from 1938 to 1944god.
In 1954, he continued his education in Paris.
Otto Paas participated in numerous exhibitions both in Sweden and in the United States.
