Landscape Väino Paris was born in 1921 in Tartu. Original art education at the State School of Industrial Art in the Department of lithography. After the war, he continued his studies at the Tallinn State Institute of Applied Arts. He graduated in 1948 on schedule. He worked as a freelance artist in Tallinn and in the plant “Ars” designer exhibitions. He painted landscapes and paintings of flowers. In addition to painting, he also performed and pencil drawings.
