Karin Pipenberg studied in 1911 – 1913 years in Leipzig, the famous academician Bruno Héroux´ (1868 – 1944) painting and drawing. In 1911, in Leipzig, published lithographs of the artist folder titled Picturesque impressions of a trip to Russia (“Einer Reise nach Russland Malerische Eindrücke”), which included the views of Tallinn, Haapsalu, Paldiski and Keila. At Keila, it seems, he met Karin Piepengerg. Karin Piepenberg one of the artists, which before World War I was studying in Germany and is the opening of our art history.
