Lower right – Carl Plückebaum
Karl Pluckebaum was born 1880 and died 1952 in Düsseldorf, in Germany. He was known as ta painter and a engraver – the apprentice of famous Estonian artists Jansen and Gebhardt. His wife, Meta Pluckebaum (b.1876 in Dortmund) was a professional and well-known author and a companion in the work of her husband.
K. Pluckenbaum was a good portraitpainter, especially – in child´s portrait painting.
At the same time he was known as the author of still-lifes, flower compositions, and animal pictures.
