Mother Monica Põks – famous artist Karin Pipenberg (1891 – 1970).
Studied 1911-13 at Leipzig Academy of Graphic Arts at the Heroux’ Brune. Monika Põks studied at the National Art School and the Tallinn Art and Applied Art School in the years 1938-42 pottery, then the Munich Academy of evening courses. 1945 he returned to their homeland. This work is done by the National School of Art.
