The artwork is signed on the lower left with “Th. Wagner”, a recognized pseudonym of the well-known Viennese artist Georg Fischhof (1859-1914), who studied at the Viennese Art School and the Munich School, 2nd half of the 19th century, a master of landscape painting. He used numerous pseudonyms.
